Progressive Tours and Travels is a unit of Progressive Cabs Private Limited, a travel company trading since 2000. Our office is at UG-17, Palika Place, Panchkuian Road, New Delhi 110001, India, and our GSTIN is 07AAMCP4156H1Z6. We arrange tour packages, car, tempo traveller, van and bus rentals, and related travel services for guests travelling within India from India and abroad. For anything in this policy, we are the business responsible for your personal information.
When you send us an enquiry or make a booking through our forms, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and your travel details such as destination, travel dates, number of travellers and the vehicle or package you are interested in. If you subscribe to our email updates, we collect your email address for that purpose.
If you pay online, your card details (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express) are processed securely by our payment partners on their payment page. We do not store your card number, CVV or banking passwords on this website, and our staff will never ask you for them.
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and confirm your bookings, and send you service communications about your trip, such as driver details, itinerary changes or payment confirmations. We also keep records of bookings and payments where we are required to for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law.

Our services are intended for adults making travel bookings. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; travel details for minors travelling with you are provided by you as the booking adult.
