Distances between halts on these circuits are typically 200 to 350 km, which a coach covers in a day with meal stops.

When you hire a bus in India with us the sizes are 21, 27, 35, 40, 45 and 54 seats in AC and non-AC, and the tourist coaches have push-back seats. Choose on the number of passengers plus their luggage: a group of 40 with suitcases for a week is better off in a 45-seater with a luggage hold than in a bus that is exactly full.

Outstation hire is charged on total kilometres from Delhi and back with a daily minimum. The driver's and helper's charges are itemised in the quote, and tolls, parking and state entry taxes are paid en route and billed at actuals. Night halts are taken wherever the group stays.
